This life of constant worry is exhausting! What’s worse is everyone telling you to stop worrying. Don’t they know you would if you could? Anxiety is a normal, necessary function of being human. Your mind and body sometimes get stuck in worrying about things that you have no control over. There are actual techniques to help you overcome this. I want to help you learn them. Learning a new way of living is not going to happen overnight but the good news is: we will do it together and try to have fun in the process.

I am currently offering sessions virtually through a confidential video platform. At the beginning of the pandemic, I thought this would be unnatural and bad but it’s proven to be a great way to have therapy. This has allowed clients the most flexibility in their schedules to participate in ongoing therapy. Most of my clients find that being in their own space is comforting. The convenience of not having to drive, search for parking, and make it on time is an added bonus.
Each 50 minute session is $125 and paid during the session by credit/debit card. There are no additional fees.
While I do not accept insurance. However, I can provide you with an invoice, called a Superbill, so you can request reimbursement directly from your insurance company using your out of network benefit. It is up to you to call your insurance company to discuss this process. Once you’ve verified your out of network benefit, the process of reimbursement should be simple.
Appointments are reserved just for you. If you are unable to attend your appointment, I request that you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled on the same day or no-shows are charged a full session fee.
Therapy is an ongoing conversation between us. During our first session, we will create some goals you would like to work on. During each session, we will work on current things going on in your life while also staying on track with your goals. Some days will be challenging and others will be fun, it just depends what you have going on.
